Are you a father who is currently seeing your children but wants the level of contact to increase to overnight contact?

Whatever your situation, it is likely that you will no longer be eligible for legal aid to seek advice or to take action.

Raphael Law are here to help you through this difficult time. We are qualified lawyers ready to listen and to prepare the relevant applications needed to start the court process. We will prepare all of the relevant forms on your behalf and return them to you to issue within your local county court. Our qualified team are available to talk you through the process and guide you through each of the stages.

We will guide you through each stage of your contact application and provide you with telephone and e-mail support throughout your application.

We can also refer you to a team of qualified barristers who can assist you with your court hearings if you feel that you cannot address the court in person. Our team of barristers can offer a fixed fee service for your peace of mind.

Please note: There are mandatory court fees of £215.00 payable directly to the court.
